The Struggling Saint is the analog music project of Mark J. Goodson, founder and CEO of Grace and Truth Press L.L.C., which includes Bonafice Media. A singer, musician, and songwriter based in East Texas, Mark has helped shape much of Grace and Truth Records’ catalog through hymn reworks and Scripture-based songs. Aware of his own heart’s deception and his need for diligence in prayer and the Word, he aims to produce music and resources that lead the church toward sound doctrine and good works for God’s glory. His wife, Amber Goodson—Creative Director at Grace and Truth Press and author of Wall of Crosses under the name Baj Goodson—joins him as co-creator and covenant partner in life and faith. Together, as Postmillennial Reformed Baptists, they seek to advance the Kingdom of God on earth as it is in heaven through analog music that proclaims the Gospel of Christ.
